Betweed and Beelight

The Diva's Challenge this week was a monotangle with Betweed. Betweed is not one of my favorite tangles to draw, because I feel like my finished product often looks forced. Nonetheless, I gave it a shot...twice!

My first attempt is using Zendala Template #3 from the Bright Owl blog

For my second attempt, I used watercolor pencils and created a Betweed maple Leaf. I really like the way this one turned out.

I also used Betweed in my second tile this week for Square One: Purely Zentangle, where the focus for the week was Beelight. In addition to Beelight and Betweed, I used Cadent, Shattuck and Crescent Moon.

And my final project of the week, was completing my first card for the holidays. I used stamps for the ornament outlines, and Gelly Rollers for all of the designs. The designs are Printemps, Shattuck, Knights Bridge and Paradox.
